How it Works

Seva Procurement is not a standard Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) or purchasing co-operative.  Rather, our goal is to become an extension of your management and procurement teams by establishing a long-term, "trusted advisor" relationship.  This partnership begins with the Seva Exploratory Process that determines the potential value of program participation and culminates with the execution of the Seva Supply Chain Services Agreement.  This agreement formalizes the relationship and provides the basis for the Seva program.

Membership Fees

Seva offers two membership fee models:

1)  Based on the services provided by Seva, a member pays a fixed fee per property each month and all rebates are consolidated and paid to the corporate office with a full property break-down, or

2)  Seva charges a fixed fee per property based on the services utilized by an organization, but accrues this fee and deducts from quarterly rebates before distributing back to the member.  At the end of the contract term, any membership fees that exceed remaining rebates are waived.  This model means that there are NEVER any out-of-pocket expenses for your properties or organization.


Partnership Term

The initial term of the Supply Chain Services Agreement is three years, with an out-clause should Seva fail to deliver on the savings and commitments made during the exploratory process.  After the conclusion of the initial term, the partnership agreement automatically renews for one-year terms.  Our standard Supply Chain Services Agreement includes no implementation or setup fees, though if an operator seeks a shorter initial term, this can be achieved through the establishment of minimal implementation fees that help with on boarding expense cost recovery.


Seva Savings Guarantee

Seva believes we should earn your business day in and day out and stand behind our commitments.  The Seva Supply Chain Services Agreement includes our guarantee that should Seva fail to delivery on our promises or should you not receive the expected savings presented during the exploratory process, Seva will rectify the issue or your organization may terminate the partnership.


Non-Core Services

In addition to the standards solutions provided by Seva as part of membership, Seva provides a suite of Non-Core Services that provide additional value to members.  These Non-Core Services include:
